This bread is unbelievably good. The perfect balance of sweet and spicy. My husband is hard to please when it comes to desserts and even more so for pumpkin flavored AND gluten free recipes, but he has been asking me for more all week and I have happily obliged because I can’t get enough either. I have made many of your recipes over the years but I never took the time to thank you for creating so many delicious and healthy recipes. My New Year’s resolution this year is to rate and comment on your numerous great recipes. I belong to a monthly Recipe Club and I often recommend your recipes and your website. I made this pumpkin bread when the topic was Pumpkin Spice Everything. I don’t usually like pumpkin but this recipe was delicious. Thank you again for years of great recipes.

I rarely leave reviews, but this is a really simple and really delicious GF DF pumpkin bread recipe! The texture is moist and fluffy and not crumbly at all. I cooked it in an 8×8 glass pan instead of a bread pan and cooked it for 35 minutes and it was perfect!!!

Delicious! Followed recipe almost exactly. Threw some Lily’s brand dark chocolate chips on top, cuz why not lol?! The only minor change I made was based on other reviewers, I lowered the amount of maple syrup to 1/2 cup (instead of 1 cup). Then I added 1 extra tablespoon because I wanted it just a hint sweeter hehe. That was a perfect change for us! Still sweet and yummy. I used a clay stoneware bread pan so I needed to cook it about 10 minutes longer. It’s fluffy and flavorful, and more importantly it’s got a great crumb which is so hard to do with gluten free baked goods. Follow her direction to allow it to cool completely before slicing! This recipe is a keeper for us, thank you for sharing it!
